Thanks for the response Joe,That's the way it was when I bought the car. LCA's aren't set up for sway bars. Guess it will be ok seeing it been that way for years!!! Moe

Bill, I made up some home made tools as pictured in your post.uca bushings Came apart easy, had to change the all thread a couple of times, used 1/2 in SS all thread. Just reversed the process to put the new one in. The lca I used my buddies press. You had a great idea

I had a helper when I took the old pitman arm off and he said it sure steers easy now!!!!! If I count the number of turns stop to stop on the steering wheel and divide in half, how will I know the position of the pitman is right? I know there is four flat spots in the pitman arm splines @ 90...

this I believe is the right orientation sitting in the drivers seat. Moe

So I am assuming then one on the front bushing the arrow points out towards the tire and the rear points towards the engine. I am about to install mine and just making shure. Tahnks Moe
