Don't know if you have vehicle inspections in your state but it might be a problem.... no way to see/identify you from the side view at night.

Look for the 73 PARTS BOOK it will have an exploded view, wipers will be in section 23 Here is a pic of a 69 dart it's similar but the bushings would be different
