So I have had this car, 1970 4 speed Duster for about a year and a half. First Half, basically just collected parts. I bought this car as a roller, empty shell. Had the dash, rear seat and suspension components. I grew up with a 70' Duster and have always wanted to build my own muscle car, so it was a no brain-er.
I have been reading threads on here for the past two years, collecting and saving info. Guys on here are amazing and are a huge inspiration. Times I feel over whelmed, I look at a few threads and back to work I go. I'll post a few pics to show my progress, and to where I am at today.
This Duster is going to have a 2006 Hemi mated to an A833.

Nice I know the feeling about being over whelmed. Just keep plugging along and before you know it you will be driving that newly found Pwr of a hemi. If you need a engine management system I have a great 2004 ram hemi ecu that I'm not using.

Worked with a guy out of the high desert, local shop, taught me a few things and had all the proper tools.
But he low balls the price of work, and gets you in, and than he's never done and price goes up.

Start with dropping the rearend. Someone had weld some traction bars on, but did a horrible job at welding them, so I took em off. And painted the rearend.

Yeah, it's hard not to be discouraged. but this site is great for inspiration...
As for the ecu, I'm going with a dual quad set up.... Thx though!

Some front suspension stuff. Put together with PST's polyurethane kit. Along with my little helper.
