Because we got 4 freekin inches of snow. I finally wore my old broom out last year which I've had for at least 10 years. "Why two?" Guess I thought I needed a spare

The miniwhale is looking better........got a 4th tire to match the 3 that came on the Durango I junked, and readjusted the T bars, + through about 10 concrete blocks in the back. Changed the engine oil I have 26 miles on it already since Saturday. Needs headlights BADLY. They "make light" that is about all

Still have to replace the broken right side mirror, install the windshield washer and air filter

Those trucks benefit from a headlight relay install same as our old cars do. Might wanna see about doing that as well to get better visibility

The problem "for now" is not wiring, the headlight lenses are trashed, and one is broken up. In fact the pass side is one "I threw in there" out of the other truck, and it's junk LOL, just to get it on the road.

"Make light" is a good description of how well the headlights work even when in good shape. I have a 2000 Dakota I bought new and the headlights have never been very impressive, especially when compared to a basic old round sealed beam bulb.

2003 Ram.... Headlights in my 68 Barracuda are better.... Got suckered into Sylvania Silvers Star bulbs... SCAM!

My '03 Dakota lights were fine when new... the top cutoff on the low beams was a bit too sharp when driving up and down hills in this area. But the clouding and yellowing of the acrylic coating sure makes the light output drop like a rock. Removing that helps a lot until/if the soft plastic underneath gets scratched.

I thought maybe Lowe's had them on clearance after the holiday?
