We're all 273s 64-69 all painted Red? 2 barrel and 4 barrels. Thanks Dustin
64-68 for sure. I have seen 69 listed as blue on some charts. I used Dupli Color Chrysler Industrial Red on mine. The distributor is the original paint. The oil pan is the Dupli Color. We're all 273s 64-69 all painted Red? 2 barrel and 4 barrels. Thanks Dustin
I have original paint on some parts of my 67 273 that are the same "Red" (looks orange to me) as your dist. I assume over time the red pigment faded and other pigments remained making it look orange? The distributor is the original paint.
Yep. It fades with heat and time. It is a little orange colored. Not fire engine red for sure. The Galen book says blue for 69.I have original paint on some parts of my 67 273 that are the same "Red" (looks orange to me) as your dist. That's impressive!273 sitting in my basement
When I get a new shop, I’m putting a dishwasher in it.That's impressive!
I assembled a VW motor in my second floor apt in my 20s, but dang!
LOL.....it's a drive in basement. There's also a 70 Challenger A66 car, a dozen or so motors, a pinball machine, 2 jet ski's and a lot of other stuff that makes it look like an airplane crashed in there. I keep the garage door shut unless I'm getting the riding mower in or out, just to avoid an FAA investigation! That's impressive!
