this may be a dumb question but...... I'm rebuilding a 74 model 318 for my 71 duster. i was getting ready to install my pushrods and remembered that i didnt check the oil hole to see if they were clear and it wasn't. took welding wire and even let them soak in intake cleaner and gas but done no good. Ordered a new set from Crane and they dont have oil holes either. The engine has hydraulic lifters and rocker shafts but its my first Mopar build. Is the new pushrods the right ones?

Thanks brother. Its a 74 LA block so not a Magnum. Man this whole build has me nervous. Its the first muscle car I've ever done. Glad I found this forum.

Welcome to FABO! The later LA engines have hollow push rods but not your year. They were solid up until around '87 or so when they went to the roller cams.

Also make sure you oriented the rocker shafts properly, or you will have issues.
