4 speed omly uses two. The 3rd would be the auto shifter

I really don’t feel like pulling the rug up on my floor and taking a picture, here is a generic picture. The aftermarket one is a little different than the factory one. Really not a console bracket more or less a floor bracket. So OMM is right

That little one is the bench seat stop . It is on all the 4 spd humps but not needed with Bucket seats with or without the console. It allows the bench seat to be moved forward against the stop and allowing the shifter to be put in 2nd or 4th with no interference from the seat. Here is a picture of a bucket seat car . You can see that small bracket next to the shifter hole. It is on every hump but it is there for the standard bench seat cars.
