Had just enough tint for this quarter glass, flat glass is so much easier to tint!!!!

i assume you know that any tinted glass that winds up an down should be sealed at the top where it pushes up into a channel. clear nail varnish works fine, just paint over the edge of the film onto the glass and let it fully dry.
neil.

One more Super Six decal and decals are mostly done, just need something for the back of the deck lid;)

Thank you Ray on the previous text :thankyou::thankyou:

I have most of the carpet in(just need to buff out the sill plates)just ran out of adhesive for some areas for the carpet, waiting for adhesive. I connected the rear speakers (Front speakers already installed) and O-M-G, the sound is stupendous! I just sat in the back seats listening to the music.
As for tinting, all I have left is the small vent windows, drilled for the AC condensation. Other, waiting for a rear view mirror, kind of going to check out the rear view mirror with rear view display.

I'm going to recheck alignment when we get back from Dallas, visiting kids n grandkids.

There's more to do but not a whole lot.

Hi;) The captions on my pictures state dart finished, I guess for all practical purposes, it kind of is finished except for littlish things(front seat belts, re-align, wiper blades, detail the trunk, get a new battery, figure out what I'm going to do about side mirrors, console for the rear seat, detail the car, engine compartment [air cleaner],etc)
Today, I paid more attention to the new fan that I installed, very quiet even with quick revving and sustained reving, the test will be on the road I suppose. However the AC still puts out cold air.

I do have one irritating thing, when I close the doors I really have to slam them. Before I had installed the seal around the doors(on the jams), doors closed evenly and flush, now with the seals installed, even slamming the doors aren't fully closed:(

IN the morning I'm going to re-align the front end, then take it for a test drive, a longer test drive

I just want to take a minute here and thank sooooooo many people that have helped in the Journey and it has been an Incredible Journey:thankyou::thankyou:. The advice, the opinions, the Thumbs up were critical in maintaining forward momentum. The good people which supplied me with necessary parts much needed tech support, from engine, The Ignition system, The awesome factory shifter, Interior panels, the list is pretty long and I don't have the greatest memory of everyone, but you know who you are :poke: and you're here in the "historical documents" of this particular build.

There will be more posts, hopefully reporting on how well it runs, hopefully nothing negative or something to go wrong.
Ok, got to make dinner! ;)

My drivers door is like that, the slam thing... it's in too far so the seal stops it. i need to move the whole door outwards, just haven't yet.. passenger door is 1 finger click.. i love that door :)

Probably not~ I'm kind of burned for looking for stuff~ maybe later on~ I do like the front seats I have as the tall head rest is nice. I'm just going to enjoy like it is for a while. At one time I was looking for the seats like the back ones, they're from a VW, but never could find them. VW seats out of the correct vehicle are pretty nice;)

will you be keeping an eye out for a second pair of those 'rear' seats to fit in the front without headrests?
neil.

God forbid, but if You ever get rearended, You're way better off with the headrests....I wasn't sure how I'd like those seats, but I think You nailed it, good mix of modern/functionality & old school fit. Job well done Doll, I've just started to get back to My 2 long-ignored '64 GT's, You & a few others here have helped Me keep from losing hope & sight of the goals. Peace!!
