Hey y’all I’ve been stripping the inside of my car to paint/primer it before I start laying down insulation, dynamat just stuff like that. Everything has come out great except for the darn rear glass. It’s like it’s almost rotten to whatever they put in the channel and I can’t get anything to even pry it out. Would using a heat gun damage the chrome channel it’s in by chance? This is what I’m left with in there.

Regulator comes out the bottom hole, glass with it's frame comes out the top slot. It should tip at an angle enough to slide out. You just have to rotate it one way or another to get the lower support track to clear the body stampings.

I just did my 68. They are a pain to get out. The glass tipped just enough to clear the outside drip rail and slide out.
