I am using the wiring harness to the donor truck 03 dodge ram 2500 4x4. I cut out all the excess wiring and wound up with this. What did you do for a wiring harness? I ask this because the directions I got with mine were crappy, had to go back and forth from the 03' to 04' instructions to get it right. Let me know what you did, maybe I can help.
Hey Tincup here is the pictures you wanted to see.

Remember that I am running the original harness and the computer. I do have a red wire and the yellow and those are powered. Yesterday we hoked up the DRB and found that the computer does not respond. We also checked the computer for power and ground and everything goes good. The latest we came up with was that the computer must be bad. So my budy will try to find a computer for me at the dealer were he works and we shall see what will be the result of this. I always had a feeling that the computer was bad even before it was installed. I even got $250.00 back from the guy I got the Donor truck from. So atleast that helps to offset the cost. I am just hoping that he comes thru with it so we can get this baby started.67limecrazy, here's goes nothing. ign. switch red, ign. run red, ign. start yellow, and then a power wire from the fuse panel, It took me a few minutes(about 45) to figure this out with the instructions that came with the harness. I really hope this helps you out. Also, your crossmember looks good, but since your running torsion bars, you need to have some metal connecting the torsion bar crossmember, and if you dont already have them, subframe connectors will help take the load off the torsion bar crossmember and spread it out. Just a thought, I'm by no means an expert on these things. If you need more help, send me a pm, and we'll talk on the phone.
There is a slight chance of the motor twisting a bit but I beleive I shall be good. If anything I can always chain up the Driver side to avoid it.Man, that looks sweet. Any chance of that motor bouncing around in the engine bay against the inner fenders when you really torque the throttle?
That is looking Great!!
Gotta bring up one concern.
I see you removed the "up and over" section of the tranny mount Xmember and are still using the torsion bar suspension.
What did you do to reinforce the floor to pick up the slack?
You know I am glad you guys mentioned this and now thinking about it you are right. I guess I can box the one I made and add a couple more bolts to make it stronger. First I am going to get this baby running and then before I have the Driveshaft manufactured and installed I will get er done. Thanks for looking out guys.I have to agree with charger70 on that issue. If anything, box up the tranny mount and somehow add two more bolt holes so that it can absorb the stress. Awsome build otherwise.

One other thing Tincup, you could do the same ( move your alt. and a/c outward, this will give you more hood clearence, angle them downward).
