Well I tore the motor down today. All the bearings looked good and it was tight on tolerances as I disassembled. I discovered the death of the motor. Not sure how....but it ate a pushrod...literally. Cam looked good lifters were good with one with minor cupping. So off it goes to the machine shop for a new lease on life. Other issue was a broken flex plate...don’t have any idea why the guy who built the set up did it the way he did. On a lighter note.....Denny will like the fact that the galley was deburred and clean as a whistle.

This motor is a 75 360 .030 over kb 107 pistons. Cam is a lunati hydraulic 10200703LK cam with matching lifters and springs. Heads with better valves, 3 angle job. Balanced assembly with new B&M flexplate to 904. Edelbrock 750 on an RPM Air gap. I ran a 318/360 Performer with a spacer before. This is smooth. Stuck with the same headers I had, but I think a better set would let it breathe a little better.
