BTW the new hemi gen 3 headers have the exact same port spacing, its IDENTICAL

Not stainless steel but tti makes headers for poly 318's

Most likely the header adapters are from Toth Performance- first gen hemi 392 flange to poly port.
Best guess on the intake manifold is Chebby LS- same port spacing, and have seen LS EFI manifolds adapted to Polys, just never seen a blower setup before.
Man, seeing stuff like that makes me want to do a Poly... but my pockets ain't that deep.

There was a complete running poly on CL not too long ago for $150. I think they are neat, but don't have a place to put one.

Love how that fitted the air cleaner setup on the super charged motor. But it does make a very tall step-up which is ok for a truck.
