And they make great looking race cars too!
I thought Ashley Simpson was also a cutey before her nose job. After, I thought she just looked like Jessica. And on Jake's season of the Bachelor, the winning lady, Vienna... I thought she was so beautiful, but then, she had a nose job. And she just looked ordinary to me.
1974 Dart Swinger Beak Car With front bumper pulled back in 1 1/2" and bumper guards removed. Custom Painted Beak Car Same Car ! . . .
This was my beaker, I kinda miss it now. but I've always had a few ugly front ends.
I don't mind them. I do prefer the same year Duster styling but the Dart is not ugly. I have owned several: THis ^^^ Became this: Then I bought this one: And sold it looking like this:
My second car was this:
That grille treatment on the black car looks awesome!
Thank you. I thought of the '69 Dart GT when I was trying to do something different with this grille.
I've had numerous of the beek cars over the years as daily drivers
This one was bought for $73 in 1994 with a knocking slant 6. I paid $400 for this Swinger with an excellent running 318/904. It had disc brakes but was RUSTY !
Brother in law bought this in 2007. I painted it to sell.
Sounds like something familiar to me. Been there, done that.
I think you are on to something.
Who, who are they? Oh yes. I checked and I think it wise to agree.
The '70 'Net is the most sexy car Mopar ever made!
Wasnt me you can send me all the beaker parts you have and I'd think you forever! Haha
Vienna Girardi from The Bachelor. Not that she was ugly afterwards, but I did not see it as an improvement as far as looks. From the side, it is like a ski slope.
I'm partial but I love beak cars I have a 75 dart. As a 75 owner I can honestly say I like the 73 and 74 grilles better I'm not s huge fan of the recessed marker light area in the grille I much prefer the flat slow point to the 73 and 74 grille. I actually had planned on switching mine to a 74 grille I even found one for sale on here and was gonna buy it but never got a shipping quote or ever heard anything back about it. I do like the 74 and 75 swinger and 74 75 valiant/scamp taillights better than the in the bumper ones. (70-73) I like all darts but 74 and 74 back ends are my favorite.
Your a resto wizard!! I wish I could give you my car for a year lol
They're ok.lol for a 16 year old kid. a clean 74 dart with a slant was $3500. A clean demon with no engine was $9000. A 318 70 or earlier was 10+ I'll live with it and tuck the bumper. I'm sure you can see from the first pic, to the last I cut and sectioned the bumper even further in. I get why people don't like them in the OE setup. Even moved in my fiberglass shell even stuck out like buck teeth.
I have had a few breakers, only part that I dislike is the trim on the dash, I just like plainer. I love cars that most people don't, they are better bargains!!!!!!!! I have had 68-70 B bodies, 70-1 E bodies, etc but never again..too many people in love with them and way too high for toys for me!! Got a few F bodies... talk of heap unless a T top super coupe!! The wagon was yes a project but came with a perfect grill, the only F part that costs bucks, no rust and straight. $400 if I don't count the diesel and an 9 hr trip aross a little bit of Tx. Swapped out the grill and still priced her at $500. still here.. ha ..Decided to add it to the herd!!!! Maybe some wide back tires, and a honkin engine ( read cheap 400???? engine).. maybe add the F pedals and hump no one wants too!???? ha Now to just get rid of the side trim!??
Nicely Done, like the "Yellow" eyes accent . . .
Thanks they aren't painted they are real Amber hi/low beam bulbs.
