I'm doing this for a neighbour that wants to do his own 727. I got for him the ATRA book on the 727, but he said, and I think he's right, it's mainly for guys in the transmission trade. He is looking for a manual for the first timer rebuilder. I know that out there, one of you has the answer. Many thanks.

There's also a Chrysler tech video that I used (thanks to another FABO member) in conjunction with a book when rebuilding my first and only trans. The video was great cause you can rewind it. Some areas I must have rewound it 25 times!! Still beating on it 6 years later. Don't know how to post it here but I can email it to you if you PM me an address.

I'm glad I got one years ago. I think I paid four bucks for it. I know it was dirt cheap or I wouldn't have gotten it. lol
