That is sold out a year in advance as are most of the motels in the Carlisle area. I used to have to go to Harrisburg or Mechanicsburg...Holiday inn express. Wife stays there in March for a weekend every year. Loves the place.
Same here. With our group of 4/5 they make the stay much more enjoyable. We started using Air B&B's the last few years both at Carlisle and the Nats, nicer places and MUCH cheaper!
Last year we stayed in a brand new place up in the mountains, 4 of us cost $120 for 3 days. Nice drive to the back side of the fairgrounds so very little traffic! This year we are staying at a place in Mt. Holly Springs south of Carlisle. Stayed there two years ago but the attached apartment caught on fire so they cancelled our stay, it is remodeled for this year! There is a great bar and restaurant walking distance...Same here. With our group of 4/5 they make the stay much more enjoyable.
Yes, $40 a night per person! If you get 3 other friends and split it. One of my friends is an expert at finding these so he has done a great job!... like $40 per night??? or did you mean $120 per night?

We have this truck camper. We have had it since 2017, perfect for me and my wife.It costs silly money to just own a tent these days!!
Last time I went to Mopar Nats many years ago, I slept on the pickup bed. Too tall to sleep on the seat!![]()
