CUT & BUFF THE DUSTER

Got the cut & buff done on this duster. Now he wants me to put some of it together. Its going to look awesome when he gets it done

Looks really good Wayne! What grit paper do you use to do the cut with? I gotta start learning how to do that part right. Everybody does it differently, so it's good to hear how people go about it.

If i spray 3 coats of clear i wet sand with 1500 then 2000 If i spray 4 coats of clear i start with 1000 grit. Then 1500 & 2000 I use to start with 2000 then 3000 but where im spraying now i get more dirt than i like. You can sand dirt out with 2000 but it will take you longer & use more sand paper. Ive also learned when it comes to wet sanding & buffing buy the good stuff. Its more expensive but its worth it.
