initial break in and dyno testing will be with a set of 100% stock speedmasters. No porting, no bowl cleanup, nothing but guide clearance checks.

@Earlie A is still prepping the heads to be tested, I'm covered up with customer work in the mean timeAre we waiting for results? Did the discussion move to a different thread....? Inquiring minds want to know.
Thanks for the update. I'm real curious about the results because I've decided to use a set of SM heads on my 340 build stock stroke (for now) engine. As apposed to a set of J heads ported with 202's. Fingers crossed for good results. Side note: I know your not testing J's. A box stock speedmaster is probably a good improvement over any of the factory iron heads, unless ported professionally.Thanks for the update.
