My 318 2bbl in a '77 B100 van went 10.9's in the 1/8 at Sikeston, Missouri, and it was HOT!! . That was with like a 1400 stall, lol. Different track in a different state.. I don't think it's the track. That would be what, 16.9 in the 1/4 ??See post 73

That say 17 flat for a 10.9 ?? 318 2bbl Van with a full size bed in the back.
Automatic or granny low 4 speed? My 73 D200 with a 360 weighed 4,000: Dana 60, 16.5 wheels/tires, PS and PB, no A/C, long bed. It ran 17.05 with dual exhaust and a 2 barrel. It was also a Camper Special so the springs were toward the one ton side meaning no weight transfer. But it also didn't spin the tires...much.
Thats a nice truck. I like that year, and drive train.Sorry, 727.
3.54 or 4.10 rear?My 73 D200 with a 360 weighed 4,000: Dana 60, 16.5 wheels/tires,

yeah, we were close on the dial and I think him seeing my top yellow drop while he should have gone cost him the race. Made me feel good that a small block V8 4bbl in a light 'stang got chased down by a 318 2bbl in a van LOLLooks like he left on your light.

Thanks!! We got you down! We are back on track !!Just read the whole thread. Awesome project.
I’m guessing 16.2
Check your timing curve for sure, a lot of those 70s big block distributors hold the timing back for too long and give you too much
