It has been about 2 1/2 years since I last asked here, so I am trying again.

Does anyone else have a 1970 Valiant 4-door with a 3-speed stick shift? The sales code is D13, it was a $14.05 extra cost option.

I have still only seen one but there must be more out there somewhere?

This one is green on green, 318, manual steering, rubber floor mats, HD manual drum brakes with the 8 3/4" rear end & 3.23 gears.

It was ordered by a lady in Colorado.

Ha Rainy! I have wondered if you had an aunt in CO that you did not know about.

Not a Valiant, but I did have a 70 Dart equipped identical to that Valiant, but it had factory air. It was white with a blue interior. I can't say what I did to that car. Feel bad about it lol.

Mom had a 70 Duster, 318/3 on the floor. I remember shifting that N pattern, sitting between Mom and Dad. Black bench seat, Hot as a griddle in the summer.

No, but i would love to have one!
That has the same drive train as my '71 Demon i had when i was 19, and it was a blast to drive!
Love the colors, how about some more pics?

I have a friend that ordered a new 70 roadrunner 383 3 speed in floor.... new in 70. his dad would NOT let him have a speed ( as my dad said, those as for drag racing).....
my dad brought home a used 64 ponyac Tempest 326 3 speed in floor for a try back in 66/ I wanted it SOooo bad! he didn't think it was what I needed. he won, my after school grocery job didn't pay enough for me to have the say! ha
back in early 90's I drug home from La and 73 cuda, 340 with 3 speed in floor. no rust, a roller, but I had have a good complete 340 to go with it. NOONE would pay my $1500 I wanted. Ha ...... sad.... only thing left was the roof! after i parted it... no one back then would give anything for a 72 up E body. go figure.

I'll dig some up. There is a 1970 Dart 4-door for sale not far from you.

Unlike a lot of sedans of the era, it is actually coded for black sidewall tires.
