here I’ll break it down Barney level.

I did not say barf because I was criticizing his skills, I was saying barf because it was yet another LS swapped Mopar.
RIGHT! Like thousands of other "unimaginative" builds. What ever happened to the good old stuff? Early Hemis. Early Olds. Flathead Fords. Buick Nailheads. Now, even the good old first generation small block Chevy is a rarity to see in anything. All that early stuff I mentioned is power limited, sure, but you cannot beat originality and an LS ain't it.

I'm not a huge fan of the final product either, but at least the kid is out hotrodding in his garage. He could be inside playing video games or doing some other stupid mindless ****. This hobby would be awfully boring if all our cars were the same.
Damn right. Well said. He's a credit to his generation. I don't care if he does like LS stuff.

Sad part is... a Gen 3 hemi swap these days doesn’t cost anymore than a dang LS swap. In fact, around here an LS of any year will set you back over 1500. A Gen 3 5.7 hemi costs less than 1000 from most yards, running

Honestly the good old stuff has gone up stupid high In prices

Just lower the T-bars until the front pan is dragging on the asphalt.

It'll self-clearance.

pathetic ?

The kid gets a **** ton of credit for doing it, yes, working on cars. He's a milenial .005 percenter.
LS Swap is hot ... Todays world 'anything goes'. even though IMO big wheels and rubberband tires generally look pathetic on 70s Mopar cars regardless of the owners age or sexual orientation.

1st comment, I Myself, I was actually eating dinner, I thought it was funny. But that's shot to **** now. My 2nd, comment, and (Not Speaking for Go-Fish, but his was also), taken Way outta context there. We went off in Socio- Political land, (no jabs at the youngin' Someone is obviously teaching the kid some killer stuff) no matter if it's his Dad, Uncle, or the Old Outlaw Biker up the road...

I think it's safe to say that all of our comments were off the cuff, loose, and in jest. Having fun. The person whose comments were said seriously was the jerk that called us pathetic keyboard warriors. 72buHu's was that the only comment made where the commenter meant what they said.

That would be cool. I would certainly consider the extra cost of a metal one that included all the hardware.
I was wanting fiberglass but that looks so nice, I don’t care
