Dyno engine with fuel additive

Has anyone ever used a fuel additive in a engine ,while on the dyno.
What was it and what where your results?????

i googled octane booster, they are guys mixing xylene with pump gas, and i recently heard of 50/50 e-85 /pump, several boosters have xylene in them, xylene can be bought from sherwin williams, i have to come up with a easy fuel mixture for a street 12.1 motor. i will be dynoing my motor it will be a while ,and i will be taking several differant fuel mixtures for a test.
