thats living it your own history. like my mother once told me. youv've see more, and done more than most people combined in in a life time. no one can ever take that from you stay proud!

I like seeing things that go boom, but what confuses me most is when you busted those two guys.... they got.... these little red fruits in black bags along the explosives.... buying stuff like that must just be another groceries shopping day for them. You gotta love how EASY it is to make an AK, dragunov or even Uzi.... Unlike american guns, they're just stamped and rolled sheet metal with a gas tube, firing pin, trigger and barrel. Cheap to make, reliable.... but thank god for us, they're inaccurate as hell :D While we, Americans got mach grade barrels, some spooshy space age upper/lower one piece, equally reliable.... until sand gets in it :(

Small Block what do you think if we pitch in and make Dusted Gold so he and the other boys get to sit around and look at the Blue Room.

Nice work with the camrea. The Palm tree, bird and sky scape shot are really very very good. Keep taking photo's.

Thanks for the pic's .....I look for your pic post every day.
Like someone said a few post back....... most people will never see or even come close to seeing some of the stuff you guy's ( and gal's ) see,
...... keep the pic's coming, no matter how trivial or random, its new and different to us. Just to see the people and there lifestyle and some of the architecture is very cool.
............Thanks for all you do over there.

Good morning everybody. Here are some more pics for the day. These are just random ones from different trips and some sand storms we have had. Also Rumble 90 percent of these were taken with a 6 year old Canon 5 megapixels camera the rest were taken with a $100 Sony both point and shoots. You all should recognize some of these vehicles.

Thank you so much for this thread and what you are doing for us dusted72
I am enjoying these pictures I would have never seen if it was not for you.

Some very nice pictures I had to save and show to my family here at home, a reality check for sure.

Stay safe and smart sir.

Ok so this one is a little later then usual which means it is night time here.
1. Sunset here last night.
2. Our sign at Ar Ramadi.
3. Kids playing soccer in a "field", basically it's just the cleanest open area around.
4. Cemetary in Ar Ramadi city.
5. Entrance to our compound in Ar Ramadi, we actually got in trouble for flying the flag. They said only the brigade has authority to fly a flag on the Base. Guess where our flag is? Yep still flying. Our compound there is actually an old prison where Iranian POW's were kept.
6. Randon Ar Ramadi pic.
7. Stop! Translation- man rows canoe while woman holds baby, or Dirka Dirka. Which ever you perfer. :D
