That can be fixed. You'll need to find someone that can braze an exhaust manifold or they can stick weld it. It will need to be preheated and prepped but is doable. No I don't know anyone close to you but don't give up. You may have to lose the preheat valve. The crack looks like it goes into the pivot hole. It can be fixed.

Do a search, I remember seeing a thread that had a good place to send broken manifolds.
I am new to this site and did not think of doing a search. Found Perkins Repair Service in a couple of threads. Looks like what I was looking for. I will contact them next week. Thanks for your help.

I had the 340 exhaust manifold repaired by Jeff Perkins at Perkins Repair Services - give him a call, and text him photos - he will let you know whether or not he can repair it. I can PM you his phone number if you need it.

I believe that same manifold was used on b bodies also, so they are more plentiful than the drivers side. I have seen a couple on sale here before.

IIRC they use a nickle rod and plenty of post braze peening and SLOW cool down, like burying it hot in sand. Remove the valve and let him fix and then probably drill out the rod hole again to fit valve. If you wanna attempt this with special rod, Id mount it up and then weld it to preserve the flange straightness and minimize movement during welding.

Mike in WA State is an expert (85 year old) cast iron welder. He just welded my 273 Commando manifold. Probably a bit far away for you, but I just thought I'd get it out there. He has a lifetime of experience.
