Is tha a super victor intake ? How many cubes is this beast going to be ?

Yes, a SV. It's only a 408, but could be stretched to a 426.
Here's the icing for the cake..

We did manage to run the main coolant lines, after slugging away at alandscaping job today.......... Hopefully they'll be clear of things in the engine bay........

Still no pushrods.......... crapp.

Len. The pump is pushing water through the bottom of the block into the 2 tapped frezze plugs right?

Correct. And returning the OEM method. I did have to drill a return hole in the front of the cometic head gasgets. Cometic leaves these out, I assume to force water to the rear of the block. This has been quite an experience with this repro block. Lots of mods.

Final installment of Foundation. We mocked up the intake using studs, and found that alignment was "as good as it gets", for me, anyway. We are using studs where-ever possible

You'll notice the large space between the intake and china rail. This gap in even more prevelent with the use of W5 heads and the non- W5 intake. So we elected to fill that gap with 1/4" aluminum.

We are knee-deep in the instalation of the engine. Motor mounts to be 'rebent' and headers to 'fit' again.
