goodguys and mopar alley shows

well i met a few members this weekend. i met blue65 on saturday at goodguys. this morning at the mopar alley show, i met cravins cuda and sublime swinger. did i miss someone? probably. i am TIRED as hell. yesterday, 4am-11pm. today since 530am..........

there were some nice cars there today.

first round will be goodguys on saturday.

nice cars. look another pink stude!! love buick caballero hardtop wagons. quite a few mopars, too.

when was the last time someone restored a 55 belair to STOCK! and i mean stock. nice resto.

oh,...... and the cuda got 2nd place in a body plymouth and the wagon got 3rd in wagon/4door class:cheers::cheers:

i overheard one guy that worked there that had his 68 imperial in the show, but the good part is that all entrants vote as well.

I showed at the Good Guys show in Longmont, Co on Sat. I have a bunch of photos but they are hi-res so I have to resize them to post them. They had 2000 cars there!!!! WOW...............blew me away. I think I took 100 pics but honestly I was kinda in a haze..................just a total testosterone overload.
Great show.
You should have seen I-25................just a mass of old cars and rods backed up for miles, both directions, for a mile to get off at the exit.

i was running around trying to vote. man was that a hard task. i was hoping to meet a few of you guys.

I'm bummed that I didn't see your car. I assumed it would be in the show. How come you left it in the street?

Slightly Dangerous was a very cool 50’s Hot Rod there were other more recently built Hot Rods in the modified class but Slightly Dangerous was just so authentic. I talked with the owner and he had recently purchased the car from the original owner (I think) anyway he had just finished getting it back into shape.

The paint on this car was amazing ...
