Gps advice

I was thinking. Instead of just the usual annoying turn left in point so many miles and arrive at destination.
How about. Optional route.

Go 2 miles then turn left, or stop .7 miles at liquor store on right then proceed to poker game being held .1 miles on left. Continue 3 miles to massage house on right, ask for happy ending special. Then proceed to final destination

Any other ideas?

I don't have a dedicated GPS anymore- my phone is better than the last two dedicated GPS units we've bought.
