Lyons Colorado, Last Wednesday - Thursday

First five pics all the same spot, taken wednesday and then thursday.

Footbridge, concrete retaining wall, fence, gaurdrail, and part of the street all gone overnight.

Just for reference, the water is usually about 10 - 12 foot below the bridge

Last pic is looking straight across where the bridge was, into the neighborhood which is now a river.

O my goodness Mile High, I have been watching all this and these pictures you took really but it in perspective Stay strong and my prayers are sent out to all the folks and animals there.
 
I just seen this thread, So I grabbed my camera after lunch and took a couple, Rain !! :banghead: lord knows we need some but DANG :banghead: I have a car show to go to tomorrow, I know she won't melt :thumblef: but this was the first rain she has felt in a looooong time.
And look ! I messed up and did not put Victoria in her nest :shock:

Time to pull her in and get my Valve cover on that our mistress of metal brought
back to life :cheers: I have been keeping in my safe place :D

i did like that gto. i'm a sucker for a pontiac..
 
No walls or fences can be built here, animals are free to roam, last night these two came near my deck....
