My Grandmother got pulled over doing 85 mph in a 55 mph zone by a Illinois State Trooper.The trooper got out of his car and walked up to the drivers side window of my Grandmothers car with his ticket book in hand.And before the trooper could say anything my Grandmother said "Are you going to give me a ticket to the Illinois State Police ball" And the trooper replied "No Ma'am Illinois State Police do not have balls."'
