After my dentist appointment yesterday, I went and picked up my 440 and 727. Now my question is is this safe to remove this casting flash in the last picture?

Ok how is this progress on the charger? and yes remove all of that , disassemble the engine first> smooth the edges to prevent a place for a crack to start...don't polish the lifter valley as the lil bumps help cool things as the oil flows across it, for a full race engine things are diffrent

That is what I have tried to do. My back is screwed up again, so I go for another shot next week which will help.

This build is done. I'm tired of trying to save a car that don't want to be saved.
