Yes they do.

The RPM heads are nice an will support 600hp with little work.

If your looking at 600+HP, the RPM does not make economical sense. You would be better off going to a Victor or EZ head instead of a fully ported RPM head. When you get into the BIG strokers and BIG HP, Indy 440-1, B1 and so on.
