Heater Temp adjustment cable

Can anyone help me in replacing my heater temperature cable?
I became tangled in my wiper linkeage and now I'm trying to replace it. I've got the end on the heater box attached, but cant seem to find the right spot on the dash side. Pics would be terrific!

Thanks for the photo, but I guess I should have given my year... I'm working on a 73 Dusterwith a/c. but I may be missing some clips.
