Super rare Strombecker Barracuda slot car banner/poster!! I found this for my dad about 6 or 7 years ago, it is rare, never seen another anywhere. Dad finally got a frame and glass made for it so it will soon be up on the wall :toothy10:

I had one of those Strombecker 1/32 race sets when I was a kid. It was a Christmas present. Do you suppose that's why I own Barracudas now.......? Wish I still had the set. Your poster and car are very cool!

I have that same promotional model. I got it from a friend who got it new from the dealer when he was a kid. Fortunately he took better care of it than most kids would have. He painted the emblems black, but other than that it is in excellent condition. It is a formula S model.

Yup, dad has 2 sets of the 1966 Barracuda Slot car set, they really haul a$$ too, although it has been about 20 years since I played with them LOL
