I am so pissed that I want to rip someone’s head off

One time at a job I worked a woman came by and told us we needed a containment barrier around the outside waste oil tank. My boss said no problem. He asked her what size would he have to build it to be big enough. She said she didn't know what size it should be. So he asked if he could contact the person who would be inspecting the barrier. She said she would be the one to inspect it. How can you inspect something you know nothing about my boss cried. She got all pissed off and said just build it and she will back to inspect it. Talk about a bunch of bullshit. Our government hard at work with their heads up their asses!

Stillwater has this big blue water tower that was built several years ago and there isn't a single water line to it or leaving it.

Don't even get me started with the EPA. This little gem they started really got under my skin.

Go to the class to get certified. Pay the fee. Oh by the way your certification is worthless unless the business you work for even if you are self employed. Pays to register the business. That will be an additional fee.

That is the way it is. That is another place a law went in to effect and Oklahoma had no one trained and no classes even planned.

The inspector just left and I PASSED 100%. In talking with him I found out he is the main instructor that teaches the 40 hour class to certify inspectors in Oklahoma. He is a super nice guy to make a trip and inspect this for me. I can wind this contract up until next year. You can damn sure count that I will be sitting at city hall Tuesday morning and raising hell over this "No Inspector" issue and how anyone can comply. If my plumber friend doosn't go to school I do plan to certify if there are openings in the class because it takes 5 years experience and I have been state certified since 1996. The 40 hours class time is likely why we have a lack of inspectors in the private sector. He told me the ones they train mainly work for large food corporations (such as dairy processing) plus the state and federal government.

good way to potentially make a little money on the side too?
