Went and looked at some more rusty old cars and parts at the Roadsters NW swapmeet in Graham, WA this last weekend. It wasn't a Mopar meet but there was still some cool cars there.

I will start off with so "from the hip" shots that I will call "Why yes! I am a dirty dirty prevert"

The End

It is always a small swapmeet but I can usually find some good stuff. I picked up a Superior "The 500" red metalflake steering wheel in great condition for $20 that will go in Nikkis 48, a pair of old dummy spotlights for Nikkis 48 for $10, an old aftermarket turn signal switch (Nikkis 48 )for "what do ya got in your pocket?" $1.38 in change lol I love swapmeets! I did get a nice 4 drawer Husky tool box for 15 bucks that will replace the crappy plastic one in the trunk of the Dart.

Cool J.R.! I totally missed that one on my calendar. :( I did go to a little one in Enumscratch last Saturday though. I spaced and forgot my camera though. Some of the same cars there, notably that 33 built in the 80's. BTW there is a swap meet in Chehalis this Saturday - you going?

I thought about going to the Chehelis meet but 9 out of 10 times that meet blows goats and I can't see spending the cash and time to go there again just to come home empty handed. Besides I need to have a weekend that I have no plans and I can stay up all nite drinking and working on the 48 (the bumper is almost done!!!) and spend the rest of the time catching up on some sleep for once. If you go and happen to come across and good parts for the 48 call me and maybe we can work something out. I wouldn't mind another hood that I can one peice and run a peak down the center, a good pair of rear armrest panels before I try repoping them in fiberglass, and or any little doo-dads, hell you know what it needs lol.

Here is my loot from the meet.

The hood release and power antenna I stole from my dad. Im trying to think where I should mount the antenna Bill Hines style on the 48 (lets see how many of you darn kids know what Bill Hines style is). The guy wanted 20 for the wheel I offered 15 but paid 20. Im still looking for a NICE gold one for my 53 Merc if anyone has one on the wall.

notice anything new under the dash Gary?......I had a left over power wiper kit for a 47 Plymouth we did a few years ago and it damn near bolts right in, no more vaccume wipers!

53-56 F-100 column drop that I pie cut and folded down so it will work in the 48 with a Speedway column. Got it for 50 cents.

I lied it is a 3 drawer not a 4 drawer. He wanted 20 I offered 10 and paid 15.

Rear right fender for the aerial wire?

LOL, Thanks Mikey!
Everytime I see a Willys at a show I have to take a pic just for you even if I have seen the same one 50 times before lol. Gary and I saw that one with the Cobra motor at another show we went to (I still have to get the pics developed, what about you Gary? lol).

Thanks for the pics scamp. And I wouldn't call them dirty dirty perv shots, I'd call them makin everyones evening a little better shots.

Ps.. Hahah.. is there a story on that little man in the picture behind the 53 - 56 F100 column drop?

I say "the tits" but my wife usually smacks me because I'm not talking about hers. :) Nope, the pics are still undeveloped - seems so primitive somehow. I guess I could get them on cd or just online. I'll "make" the aforementioned wife take the camera to Wally World this weekend. I love the steering wheel! Do they come in purple? By the way have you been able to identify that bakelite "Speed Controller"? I hope you're going to run that, it's too cool.

Oh, also - your gas tank and radiator came from the goat blowers meet. LOL

LOL crap, You bet Im ganna run the speed controle thingy. Im still trying to figure out just how it works. I took it apart to see what the gutts looked like and Im pretty sure that it just holds the throttle open where ever you set it.

LOL, Mike that is the Mermonkey Nikki made it after I took ther to the Ye Old Curiosity Shop in Seattle when she saw the "real" mermaid.
