Strange site to see that plane burn while siting on all that water.

It had just landed, when the guy went to shut it off it back fired and lit something on fire. They untied it from the dock it was on and shoved it out away from the dock. My Dad took a few pictures then noticed it was floating towards our boat. It got about 100 feet from our boat before floating into where it finally grounded.
They wanted to untie our boat and have us get it out of there but we would have had to get within about 50 feet of the plane to do it. My Dad told the guy "You can buy the boat, the only place my fat *** was going is off this dock!"
