Identify this Carter Thermoquad

I run accross a carter thermoquad with the following numbers on the base plate. 6518S and 16373. I thought I knew what I had but now I don't. Please help me figure it out?

440-3 truck/motorhome. Large primary bore, minimal emission bs. That would be a good one I think.

I have it as a 74 and up 440.

That's a good one. The truck BB thermoquads went all the way to the late 70s with NO emmisions crapola. Build it.
