Val Kilmer gone at 65
Great actor, starred in so many films.
But playing Doc Holliday in Tombstone was probably his best roll.
One of Hollywood's good ones. RIP Val Kilmer.

He did a great job with Jim Morrison.

Totally believable.

Almost as big as Cruise. For sure in the same category.

...but not nearly as wackadoo.

I bet if we did a poll of top movies on this site, Tombstone would have to be right up at the top. 100%
Totally agree, the story line is all over the place to enjoy, husband wife problems, brothers coming together, competition to lule, and of course the strength of each caricature and there weaknesses. Anymore I watch it to look at the old things, stage coach builds, water troft.. how they built them and lighting/furniture.
I would like to build a few peices the way they did back them

Me too. Tom Cruise is a prick no matter what.
I agree! and a small, shreiveled up one at that! ( nothing against small prick-ish people!). I have never liked Cruise, as his true personally comes though always I bet. A prick I bet. ....Or maybe just a wonderful Hollywood type!

I have always enjoyed Kilmer's acting and rolls. Sad to go that young.

Gene Hackman as Little Bill, Unforgiven. I don't remember Val Kilmer playing a villain, not even in Heat.
