Intakes, victor or airgap on strokers

A better question yet is what flow numbers does the Victor produce?

Yes....but I always hear you need high flowing heads for a victor Intake or it's pointless to bolt one... Soooooo...how much flow is considered hight. 280+..300+.
I'm still learning all the head stuff.

It's allways a trade off. The higher rpm the intake operates at the less low end torque you will have. Best bet is to match an intake up with the cams intended rpm range.

According to Hughesengines.com, there tech article states you should have an intake that out flows your cylinder heads by 16 - 20%. So, how well does the intake flow? And so click the link and look around there site in the tech section.

Click this link on intake flow numbers, warning, no, NO small blocks here; http://www.hughesengines.com/TechArticles/4portedintakemanifoldsupdated08272007.php

We'll I ordered the super Vic. Soon going to order fitech efi.
I have to get my rpm eddy heads to my engine builder as well.

pretty interested in your findings....i´d like to step up to ported heads and bigger cam, so i think the single plane is the way to go. If you have some news please keep us posted!
