Just suspension review (MUST READ)

-
I'm in the market to buy.
Talked to John at PST, they are VERY vague about the
clocking of their bars and how much they lower
the car, as in 1/2 to 1in but we're not sure.
Not for use with a big block.
Just Suspensions does not have a tech line to talk to a live person,
I'm having a hard time buying from a company I can't talk to.

My stuff hangs pretty low with the headers and pan.
As it stands its 26in to the center of the lip on the front fender, 4in from the floor to oil pan.
I do not know the correct ride height to begin with, does anyone
have that info available and where to measure from to get the
correct figures?

Whats the minimum safe clearance on the street?

I emailed Just Suspensions yesterday, and they have already responded twice. They gave me a number to call and talk to a real person! Wow! A real person!

I'm gonna call them in a few and see what happens...

PST is out of the 1.030" torsion bars for two months...

Here is a sales/tech number to reach Just Suspension.

They have 1" torsion bars in stock.

They are willing to talk to Mopar guys to help match the correct components for your application. Jamie told me to pass the number along to you guys in case you need it. Feel free to give him a call and ask questions.

(704) 809-1269 and ask for Jamie

Can't you adjust the ride height with the torsion bar adjusting screw?

Glad to help.

Can't you adjust the ride height with the torsion bar adjusting screw?

ive always adjusted height with adjuster bolt too

Yes, but the issue here is that aftermarket bars can have their own amount of offset. Stock offset is 30*, but today's much larger aftermarket bars need to have much less, many are 0*. Since the larger aftermarket bars have much higher spring rates, they don't sit down as far as stock bars, so they need to have less offset to achieve the same ride height.

Anyway, if the bars are offset too far in one direction, you run out of adjustment on the adjuster bolts before the car is at the desired ride height. Too much offset and the car will sit too high even with the adjusters all the way out, too little and the car will sit on the pavement even with the adjusters all the way in.

My rebound bumpers and new 1" torsion bars arrived yesterday from PST!!! Yay!!!

Not too bad... Two days and they are here.

I just had a drawn out ordeal with just suspension. The problem isn't that people order the wrong parts, it's that they SEND the wrong parts. I had two struts come in the mail that were different from what my order stated. Furthermore, the parts on the box label didn't match what was inside. But that didn't matter since the part on the box would have been wrong as well. Just suspension is so bad that there was an Amazon.com return authorization from someone else taped to one of the struts which listed "part not what I ordered" as the reason for return. On top of everything else they took over a week to ship the parts out and used snail mail. I took delivery 3 weeks after I placed my order for stock parts. Once I started trying to return the parts I realized that they no longer answer phone calls. Your only option is to send them emails. Bill had no problem authorizing my return, so long as I agreed to pay for shipping myself. The problems continued to get worse. I have a signed delivery confirmation proving that the struts were delivered back to them 5 weeks ago and they refuse to admit that I returned them.
I am now $300 out for the struts, which I could have resold on my own except Bill had me pay another $50 for return shipping so he can tell me I'm lying and they were never returned.
In other words, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from just suspension unless you want to PAY THEM to steal from you.
