Ya know...it go's 6500+rpm on my 410 stroker which is good for 40 something year old intake...
Thats with just a 750cfm carb, I ponder the 'top out' with a 850-1050cfm carb..
But what do g stock'rs turn, 8k?? & with econoquad cfm of like 930? on iron ..
makes sense to me..
8K, I don't think so, they have to keep the hydraulic lifters and valve springs that are the same configuration as stock. In other words if it was originally a single spring then it has to stay a single spring. If it was a single spring with damper then it has to retain that.
