~ Look What I Saw! ~

This Is A Photo Thread

And it comes with a request....

I know now-a-days everyone seems to have a camera with them, some phones are now 5mp and greater.

My request is that every member possible try to keep a camera with them when ever they are out and about.

When you post the pictures in this thread, add some text, what town, where you were,
did you leave a note about this forum under the windshield wiper, etc.

I'll start it off with pictures I took yesterday

I was here in Burbank,Ca yesterday and spotted my first opportunity to use the small camera I have been carring for just such an occasion.

It was about 2:00 in the afternoon at the corner of Burbank Blv. & Buena Vista, 7-11 parking lot.

I asked the guy if it was cool if I took some pictures of his car and he said sure.

After I took the pictures I told him about this forum and got his email address so he can check out these photos and perhaps become a member.

He told me that his Dad bought this car from the original owner, and he bought it from his Dad.

Jim, that is a very sweet Charger! Thanks for sharing.

I never see any cool cars around here (live out in the boonies) but this is a great thread idea. You just can't go wrong with car ****. :-D

.
I was thinking Mopar cars & trucks, but if you see something cool and it's Mopar that would be cool too......

Like this cool Mopar Surfboard

I wonder which dealership in Glendale that Duster's from originally ? ( see the top-portion of the dealer's plate frame on the original blue / yellow license plate ? ) .

I need another '73 Duster . It's the top car on my 'bucket list' . My '73 was totalled out back on 12-SEPT-1992 , and I've missed it daily ever since :angry7:...

This car had no dents or scratches.

Do you want me to try to run it down for you?

I know for a fact it's local.

While I certainly do appreciate your offer , I cannot afford it right now .
Looks like a damned nice car ... and those original 1973-series ( "H" as the 1st letter ) are the proverbial frosting .
I hope it goes to the -->right<-- person :-D

I get out and about and enjoy carrying a camera.

I will do my best to get a cool picture for this thread

.

I have that Sony camera

Same here,......

I have had good luck with Sony cameras.

The one I just posted a picture of is a Sony 707
(It can take pictures in complete darkness)

I also have the little brother, a Sony 505

My first digital camera was a Sony CD-300, still have it.

One day I will lay out my cameras and post the photo here.

Now and again I buy cameras, repair them and sell them.

But sometimes, I fix 'em and keep 'em.
