I'm pretty sure the factory used seam sealer between the skin and the lower support...Me too! I called Ken to see what he would use for glue. I told him I used sealer in roof skins. He pretty much agreed.

some kind of modern panel glue/adhesive would hold the skin on as well as welding these days.Perfect. I know I have used it on roof skins for the contact. That's why I thought it will work here. I just always figured the factory stuff had a little more of a "foam" type context to it. Kinda spongy.
