Monster Mopar Weekend in Indy 2013

-
I will post the rest of my pics when I get home. I believe I have some pics of Steve and his dad's truck.

I had a great time at the show this weekend. To me, a good show is as much about people as cars. It was great to meet other FABO members, meet some drag racers, get some ideas for my Scamp, and spend some time with my dad. I think MEMIKE talked me into 4 barrel carb and split manifold for my /6!

Thanks for being part of a good weekend, despite the rain.

Good morning 57doded100 :coffee2: I sure enjoyed meeting you Steve and seeing that great
old Mopar flat head truck of yours :thumleft:
I agree 100% on the fellow ship :toothy2: Thank you for letting me hang my banner
on your tent

Why I did not get a picture of your truck I have not got a clue :banghead:
But I bet it had something to do with the rain :toothy2:
I hope you can post it up here for us :glasses7:

I sure enjoyed talking to you Ma, Tony Handed me the phone and did not tell me who was on it :D, Maybe next time Ma Snart :glasses7:

Too bad you weren't able to make Tony's. I made it there finally after trudging through the rain! Didn't make it to the track, unfortunately. Feel bad for not being able to see Kegan. It was nice to meet Larry, Memike & Treva at Tony's.
We sure enjoyed meeting you KK :D I am going to have to get your permission to show some cool pictures of you in your T-Shirt and hat collection  It's so great to finely meet ya, and I totally enjoyed our time we got to spend together at Tony's :D:D:D

Still setting in my house with my swollen knee on ice. Don't know what the heck I did to it. Old age catching up I guess.

My loss, take a rain check for next year...

Ma Snart

The picture is not my knee - It is how my knee felt though.

Sorry to miss the opportunity to meet you all.

Hello all! I was there for Friday and about 1.5 hours on Saturday. I enjoyed meeting Tony and signing the famous FABO banner. I'm attaching a few photos I took that I think I have identified as FABO cars...maybe we should get little stickers that folks can apply so we can identify member cars.

Did any racing actually happen on Sunday? We had to drive back to VA but I was wishing on a break so you guys who traveled in to race could get out on the track.

Anyway Friday was FABULOUS! sunny, no humidity, great racing...simply beautiful and that's what I'll try to remember.

I had a very good time even with the rain we had on Saturday made the whole day worth it. Met a few new members(to me) but I can't remember who they were anymore(old age is creeping up fast).

Tony (Hootie) it was a pleasure meeting you and b.s-ing with you way after the show was over, and hope to do it again next year.

Memike, I was glad you came and always enjoy your company but am sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to you when you left on Saturday as I thought you were going to be there on Sunday as well.

There was other members around that I missed but hopefully get to see them next year.
