Hope all is well, and you are able to get back on the Mopar one day....
All I can say is, Man what a change in the weather pattern!!!!
Hope you got enough from the Condo to buy your new home outright,
They have a great car show call "Back to the Fifties" Been on my bucket list, hope to make it one day... Cheers

Just for fun, I decided to open the box that had my new crank pulley in it and it's for the wrong application completely. It wouldn't work. So, I just ordered a smaller alternator pulley for my Powermaster Alternator and hopefully that will be enough to charge the Dart. My current pulley OD is 2.75". The new one is 2.375".
Hey - any updates on this one?? It's been a while.

I thought the guy sold his car years ago.

I still own the car. I never ended up selling it. We moved to the Midwest, had a couple of kids, a couple of family members passed, lots of expensive home repairs, etc. so priorities changed. It's on the back burner.

I work on it here and there. It still runs and drives. I drove it a couple weeks ago before winter gets here. It really needs a new alternator, transmission rear seal, and wheels and tires. When I measured the wheel offsets when I was younger, I got over ambitious and didn't measure properly so the fronts rub a lot.

Even then, as I grew up, interests change. It isn't really fun having a roll cage in the car as I can't safely enjoy it with my family. That being said, when those safety issues get fixed, the goal would be to take it autocrossing again and to Midwest Mopars in the Park.

Funny how things change... When mine was more of drag car than street car, it had an 8 point cage in it. That was one of the first things to go! While I know the additional chassis stiffening would likely help on the autocross, but I like my comfortable cruising car and I don't want to go backwards.

Hey Samy, Glad you're doing well. Life always has challenges. I remember when you came to Detroit for the Dream Cruise.

Maybe a stretch goal you can come on Power Tour. Sounds like you're probably closer to Minneapolis now but its closer than SoCal!

Hopefully you can find time for the car when it suits you.

Take care!
