my buy of the day 833/flywheel/bell and shaft

guy says they are out of a 69 340 dart (of coarse who knows if they were changed)
this this the vin tag
worried more about the flywheel .going behind my 69 340
i see a balance hole in it ,does that mean its for an external balanced engine (mine internal ??)
or are they all just balanced

i did get a drive shaft too ,not sure if its the right lenth
the odd thing is the yoke is like a foot long never seen that on a shaft

Just take the flywheel to a machine shop, have it resurfaced, and balanced. Then you will know.
