Well let's not let it die again. There's got to be some more A body verts or otherwise out there.

These cars are great driving machines.

Bought donuts and a cup of coffee and took mine for a drive on a gorgeous Texas morning. The sun was barely up and hardly a car on the road. Life is good.

I don’t know about the rest of you ragtop drivers out there, but seems to me north of the equator May to October I’m driving my soft tops working on my tan, not fixing them… The other cold weather plagued six months of the year is for fixing them, and posting questions and dishing out advice here.

amen!!!

My apologies wjajr and 65val. If you read my my earlier comment in this thread I found the convert thread to be or not to be thread so I commented in this one kind of like a homage. Lesson learned.

No apology necessary...I was just pointing out that we have an actual 'vert forum, in case you thought this thread was all the 'vert info there was.

Cheers....

Wishing my vert was on the road. I ended up going a little wild on my build and its taking a tad bit longer to finish. Got the new tranny yesterday and the stroker a couple of weeks ago. Getting antsy to lay some rubber!...... Still gotta get rubber too...damn it.

Of the four convertibles here, the only one that is road worthy is my wife's '02 Sebring Limited. The next one done will be my Barracuda.

As for enjoying convertible weather, it's been TOO HOT here the last several weeks, but I feel something coming on soon...

Lay down some pics man!

did not post pics cause it is a project car , still collecting parts.
but here you go. Have a T/A 340 motor for it, formula "S" leaf springs
rebuilt 904 have 8.25 suregrip I just acquired , also the 73 disc brake
parts for the front and a booster , saving for quarters rear valance. Have my big bolt ralley wheels still need trim rings , also have brand new roof
but needs to be sewn together but missing the 2 roof supports with the
felt in then (mine are shot)rusted and bent.
