No racing this weekend for me

My go to now is Campbell’s cup of soup with Cheezits and sliced pepperoni in it. Mmmmm good.
I don't know about you. lol
The pepperoni should be placed between 2 Cheezits and washed down with the soup.
Shouldn't you be cooking today since you're not racing. I'm getting a little hungry. :D

Justin, don’t listen to these guys about soup. You need something that sticks to your bones.

May I present, the Peorgie Casserole! It weighs more than an 8 3/4 and guarantees you won’t leave the table hungry.

That looks great! I've been eating well and staying hydrated. Yesterday I was up early and fixed biscuits, gravy and bacon, this morning up at 0530 and had bacon and egg on toast with peach preserves. last night we grilled salmon, brussel sprouts, black eyed peas and rolls for supper. I still have my appetite. LOL

My medicines are taken every 12 hours and I can tell when they start wearing off.

Well it's already Wednesday and I hope all of you are feeling better

Thanks.

I feel okay, not good. but not bad enough to keep me from working on a muzzleloader I'm building. This AM I started coughing up yellow junk, so I called the clinic when they opened. The lady I spoke to told me it's normal.

I lost a good friend to covid over a year ago, he was stubborn and wouldn't go to the doctor. When he did it was too late, they couldn't do anything for him. I want to stay on top of it.

So....to what do you attribute your improved condition to??? Gotta help your fellow FABO members>>>>

Steam will help loosen that stuff whether it's a hot shower or a vaporizer. Keep at it and keep the liquids down. When I had it the worst part for me was the nerve pain, you could feel it start in the stomach and move through the body. Anything touching the skin was intensely painful. I've never had that sensation with anything before except for the time I was stung by a black emperor scorpion

I've never really felt very bad, just some body aches, and sinus pressure. Yesterday Am I started with a little cough, by the afternoon I could taste the infection but never coughed anything up. This AM I started coughing up some junk and my ears seem to be stopped up a little.

We're on two prescriptions, Dexamethason, 2mg twice a day and a inhaler Fluiticasone, twice a day.

Take at your own risk, this is what was recommended for us, it may not be for you.

The rest is OTC.

It’s kinda funny now to me because when I had it back in November 2020 there were not meds but just from reading up on it I pounded zinc and vitamins, self prescribed two sinus meds daily, turned up my Cpap two levels, hot showers, lots of sleep, but active while awake. I still finger check my oxygen levels several times a day. I googled breathing exercises and saved them to my phone so I can hopefully improve on that area. It’s funny I can walk over two miles but going up my hill for mail or unloading the groceries has me panting like a dog.
