When I got my telescoping gauges almost 40 years ago, there was no such thing as a cheap bore gauge. Times have changed... amazing what you can get like this, and like an inexpensive dial indicator, for the $$ now....

Yep.... a stroker crank arrived at home yesterday while I am on a road trip for work.... I'll get home at 10 PM tonight but there will be 'some box' opened before bedtime LOL.

It takes some practice to learn to use them right... But once you get the hang of it, they are very accurate...

It takes practice and attention to detail. Both of which Rainy has shown over the course of her time here. Much better and faster than plastigage for assembling. A must have to properly check out a block.
