please decipher #'s on my engine

Hi,
I picked up this 360 about 2 years ago. I'd like to use it in my '70 Duster. Numbers on left side of block 4179930-360-5
and numbers on left front of block 1K 360 8193 1 263 053893
any info would be appreciated...it's a long block with cast iron 4 barrel intake and I think it may have come out of a truck....Is it a good choice? (providing it checks out OK at the machine shop)...I want to make a 408 out of it...Thanks, nico

Probably a 1981 360 Decent engine to start with. If you can find the 10000 day calendar code for "8193" that would answer your question for sure.
