Meanwhile at work. Not so glamorous but pays the bills. All out of Rams the big cheese get those.
I absolutely love that air cleaner! I recently discovered this forum and loved reading through all of it.I put the exhaust manifold on and since all surfaces looked nice I went the no gasket at head method, only a thin layer of high heat silicone. Cometic pipe gasket used. All went well and the TTI front pipe lined up perfectly. So all good day. You’ve motivated me to hunt down an old mopar and try daily driving it. I have a 65 barracuda but it’s a little too drag car for a daily.
Wow that looks like fun to me.@Junior340 - Here is my 65 barracuda with a 360/904

It is a blast, but I hardly get it out. I built the car in high school and my high school brain wanted loud and fast. I am a married and have two kids now and so the car hardly ever gets out. It is caged and only seats two, so I only ever take it out by myself.Wow that looks like fun to me.
Thanks
why not remove the cage and refit a back seat? that and more efficient silencers would really 'civilise' it so you could get more family time out in it.It is a blast, but I hardly get it out. I have a line on a 65 cuda commando 4spd car, but on the fence about it.
It’s tubbed in the rear and the 65 barracuda rear seat hugs the rear tire wells. So I’d have to basically narrow the rear seat.why not remove the cage and refit a back seat? that and more efficient silencers would really 'civilise' it so you could get more family time out in it.
neil.

I’ll let you tell that to my wife!how close are the tyres to the inside of the tubs? i've seen huge gaps on tubbed cars where they're built to 'go bigger' on tyre size later if needed but never do. if you have those gaps it'd be easy enough to cut the tubs down along with some seat rimming and you have a 4 seater again. It’s tubbed in the rear and the 65 barracuda rear seat hugs the rear tire wells.
